In the shot blasting cleaning process of steel structure house, steel structure parts or steel products are sent to the shot blasting area of cleaning machine room by speed regulating roller table controlled by electricity. The four sides of the sandblasting machine are impacted and rubbed by the strong and dense projectiles from different coordinate directions, which makes the oxide scale, rust layer and dirt on the sandblasting machine fall off rapidly, and makes the steel surface obtain a smooth surface, which has a certain roughness when loading and unloading the workpiece on both sides of the outdoor roller table.

The steel shot and rust dust falling on the steel are blown by the blast device, and the mixture of steel shot dust is transported to the bin hopper by the recovery screw. The longitudinal and horizontal screw conveyors collect at the lower part of the hoist and then lift to the separator at the upper part of the machine. The separated pure steel shot falls into the separation hopper for shot blasting recovery. The dust produced by shot blasting is sent to the dust removal system through the exhaust pipe, the purified gas is discharged into the atmosphere, and the particulate dust is captured and collected.
