What are the requirements for the welding process of the nodes of the steel structure plant

With the continuous development of China's industrial production, the demand for industrial plant construction is also increasing. As a low-cost, solid, fast construction and recyclable steel structure building, the steel structure workshop has quickly replaced the traditional reinforced concrete workshop.

Generally, the connection mode of steel structure workshop manufacturers is usually bolt connection and welding. When welding the components of steel structure workshop, the node form with relatively small rigidity is usually adopted, so as to avoid dense welds and two-way and three-way intersection of workshop components.

The welding process of the nodes of the steel structure plant has the following requirements:

1、 When welding steel structure plant components, the number and size of welds shall be minimized.

2、 For the steel structure, the weld arrangement between the plant members shall be symmetrical to the neutral axis of the steel member section.

3、 When welding the components of steel structure workshop, the position suitable for welding shall be selected, and overhead welding must be avoided.

4、 To adopt the node form with less rigidity for welding, we must avoid the welding problems such as dense welds, two-way and three-way intersection.

5、 The weld position of steel structure workshop must avoid high stress area.

6、 When welding the steel structure plant components, the groove shape and size of the steel components must be installed to select the welding method.
