1. The main truss is lifted at two points and rotated on site. When the crane lifts the main truss to a height of about one meter, the truss is leveled so that the lifting parts can be placed in the proper position. Because of the large section of the truss, in-plane instability (i.e. web bending deformation) is easy to occur in the process of overturning before hoisting. Therefore, reinforcement measures need to be taken beforehand, that is, two reinforcement poles are set along the truss direction with scaffolding pipes. Figure below
2. Before formal hoisting, the test hoisting must be carried out, and corresponding safety preparations must be made, and safety wire ropes should be installed to prevent accidents. The crane lifts the components for 5 minutes after leaving the ground 200 mm, so as to carefully check the actual situation of the bearing ground, the location of the lifting points, the connection of suspension cables and other stressed components, and confirm that the lifting work can begin after the correct lifting. After hoisting in situ, preliminary renovation was carried out and temporary fixing of wind cable and angle steel bracket was established.
