The construction process of steel structure floor is as follows:
All steel members on site shall be comprehensively polished and derusted. Apply primer for antirust treatment. The primer can also increase the adhesion of the finish coat. The first finishing coat increases the film thickness. After the steel components are installed, apply the second coat of finish paint.
Surveying and setting out. The pop-up standard on the wall is straight line, and the horizontal error should not exceed 3mm.
Cut a groove about 20 cm wide along the horizontal position of the wall. The leveling and plastering layer on the wall shall be removed until the reinforced concrete is exposed. The channel steel can be directly fixed into the reinforced concrete to increase the firmness. Drill holes in the grooves, with the spacing between 35 cm and 50 cm. The drilling depth is 10 cm to 15 cm. The specific depth is determined according to the size of the expansion bolt installed.
Insert the channel steel into the open groove and then tighten it with expansion bolts. Then use welding technology to weld the channel steel firmly.
Build I-beam. If the width of I-beam is the same as that of channel steel, it is necessary to remove the upper and lower edges of I-beam with electric tools, insert the two sections of I-beam into the channel steel and weld them firmly. The method of spot welding before reinforcement and full welding shall be adopted for welding. The spacing between I-beams shall be 60 cm.
Use electric tools to divide the angle steel into small segments with a length of 60 cm. Weld the angle steel into the I-beam with the spacing of 60 cm. It should be noted that the angle steel should be fully welded. The connection effect of fully welded angle steel is stronger.
Apply the third coat of finish paint. The paint thickness shall be increased for the new welding position to play the role of rust prevention, and the uniform thickness shall be adhered to during the process of painting the finish paint.
Lay light steel structure floor or wood floor. 2-3 mm expansion joints shall be reserved between floors.
